No matter what the cost of your home, for a one time up-front fee of just $799.00 EstateSource will list your property on the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors' (LBAR) Multiple Listing Service for 8 months. After your property sells, you owe EstateSource absolutely nothing at closing!
Split Fee Listing
Need to preserve your cash? Again, no matter what the cost of your home, for an up-front fee of just $450.00 EstateSource will list your property on the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service for 8 months. When your property sells, EstateSource collects a small commission of $699.00 from the proceeds of the sale.
Standard Percentage Listing
With this option homesellers pay nothing up front as all commissions are paid at closing. Depending upon the sale price of your home and the services you require, EstateSource will tailor a service package that fits both your needs and your pocketbook. Our Percentage Commission is always negotiable!
All options include the following services;
- Placing all pertinent information including multiple photos of the seller's property on the MLS. This includes additional internet exposure from dozens of other websites that have an 
agreement with the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS. (See Sites)
- Supply, place and maintain Broker's professional yard sign including all contact information for agent and office.
- Educate and prepare our clients in all facets of the negotiation process and the skillful execution of their directives.
- Meticulous representation of our client's interests in presenting all offers and counteroffers as outlined by the state's Real Estate licensing laws and regulations.
- Supply and professionally prepare all state accredited forms, contracts and documents.
- Working with the buyer's agent and/or any unrepresented buyer with the mutual goal of facilitating a timely and successful closing.
- 24/7 counseling and guidance in all areas of advertizing and marketing to optimize property exposure.
- Upon request, our agents will routinely run a Comparative Market Analysis for the purpose of assisting our sellers in competitively pricing their home and maintaining that competitive edge.

*Once listed, the seller will be responsible for all showings and any additional marketing. EstateSource is the official listing broker of record and by state statute, the broker's name and phone number must appear on the MLS listing as well as all advertising. If another broker provides a buyer and the seller accepts an offer, the seller will need to pay them a commission. All commissions are negotiable and must be stated up front upon entering the MLS.
